When David opened her social media accounts, he couldn’t believe it. The activity on her accounts was tremendous. He had never expected her to go viral in such a negative way.
After a while of scrolling through her account and the comments, David was about to log out and get some lunch. But then he received a notification for a direct message. People never sended him direct messages because they knew that he was always on the road. That’s why they always called him instead. So when he opened it, he was surprised to see that someone had reached out to him directly.
He slowly read through the message and was almost impressed by what he saw. The rich girl had managed to track him down on social media and was sending him multiple messages. It was clear that she knew he was the one who had posted the video of her online.
David couldn’t understand how the girl had managed to find him, but she knew that he was the only one who could have posted the video. In the first few messages, the woman asked David almost too nicely to remove the video before anyone else could see it. David was confused
was this really the same woman who had blocked his truck and refused to move? He had to check her profile picture to see if it was really her, but it was. Maybe she wasn’t as terrible as he had thought?
For a minute he regretted what he did to her but then he continued to read the other messages she had sent minutes after the first one. Because when he didn’t respond to her messages, she changed her approach. Instead of asking for his help, she started to make demands and told him exactly what she wanted him to do. “Ahh there she is again…”, he mumbled.
Despite the fact that it was a terrible way of thinking, David was relieved to find out that his first impression of her was still correct. Now he didn’t have to feel guilty about what he did. David realized that he did not have the ability to delete the video from the internet once he had posted it.
Other people had already gained access to the video and shared it widely online. So even if he wanted to, David knew there was nothing he could do to remove the video.
